This hand-sculpted piece, part of a series, shows how people hide their vulnerabilities. Pinocchio, sitting on a transparent bubble with his nose in the air, symbolizes someone detached from reality, emphasized by a plexiglass case. The nose is adorned with 24-carat Venetian gold leaf.
